Focused on understanding the source of pain or movement limitation and supporting recovery through hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and movement guidance. Face to face only.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage with Rachel offers deeper, more purposeful bodywork for people who carry tension or feel physically worn down by stress and life load. Sessions are shaped around how your body feels on the day.
Deeper, intentional bodywork suited to people who want depth and purpose in their massage rather than very light or purely soothing work.

Living with persistent or long-term pain can be confusing and isolating. We are developing a dedicated group programme offering education, peer support and practical strategies for managing pain day to day.
